The property is exceptionally warm and cosy and we have tried to retain most of the original features during the renovation work but, we have included all ‘mod cons’ for your convenience.

The kitchen is a galley style with ceramic hob, electric oven, fridge, freezer and a large capacity washing machine and dryer. The microwave is housed in the dining room area. There is an Espresso Coffee Machine and we supply you with fresh ground coffee to get your going! There is plenty of crockery, serving plates, glasses and pots and pans to enable you to cook more or less anything!

The dining room is right next to the kitchen entrance and has a table to sit 4 adults. There are additional relaxing chairs and reading lamp should you prefer to sit here rather than the lounge at the front of the property.

The lounge is spacious – there is a large 3 seater recliner sofa and a 2 seater leather sofa. Side tables. Small cupboard housing books, games and puzzles. Television with additional sound bar and a DVD player.

The larger bedroom at the rear of the property has a double bed, large double wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables and bedside lighting.

The smaller bedroom at the front of the property has adult sized bunk beds, large double wardrobe and drawers.

Please note that we use Hotel Quality mattresses on all our beds and Hotel Quality bed linen. We provide you with at least 2 towels per person and additional towels for the bathroom and kitchen areas. Beach towels are available upon request at the time of booking.

We do welcome babies and younger children but, we do not store items such as a travel cot or high chair on the premises – these items are stored in another property so please request your requirements when making your reservation.

We supply you with luxury toiletries and the basics for your arrival. There will be a Welcome Pack for the number of guest arriving. We always leave you with a small supply of teabags, coffee, sugar, fresh ground coffee and biscuits.

Our holiday home is a 2 bedroom, upper floor property with own private entrance and staircase to front and rear. The entire flat has been completely renovated and refurbished to a very high standard offering you warm and comfortable surroundings whilst visiting the area. It is situated in a quiet residential area but within a few minutes walking distance to main bus routes and the nearest Metro station is about 10 minutes walk. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the coastal road.
